The Leader of the SSC-Khaatumo Administration, Mr. Cabdiqaadir Axmed Aw-Cali, signed the 2025 Budget today following its approval by the Parliament.
The legislation was enacted in accordance with Article 11 of the SSC-Khaatumo Charter, with Parliament officially submitting the budget for the Leader to fulfill his constitutional duties.
Leader Cabdiqaadir Axmed Aw-Cali expressed his gratitude to the Speaker and the honorable members of Parliament for responsibly approving the budget, encouraging them to continue their efforts to complete other pending laws.
Finally, the Leader emphasized that the 2025 Budget and the Public Audit Law are the backbone of financial and economic management in the region, and affirmed that they will play a vital role in enhancing accountability, transparency, and the development of public services.
