The Ministry of Finance – SSC-Khaatumo Administration today successfully conducted the recruitment examination for Tax Collection Officer positions in Buuhoodle, held at the East Africa University campus.
The exam was overseen by the Director General of the Ministry, Mr. Siciid Abdirahman Mohamed, alongside other senior officials. The officials supervised the process to ensure it was carried out in a transparent, orderly, and fair manner, reflecting the Ministry’s strong commitment to merit-based recruitment practices.
A total of 37 shortlisted candidates sat for the exam. These applicants had previously advanced through the initial screening phase and were competing for the positions publicly announced by the Ministry.
This examination is part of the Ministry’s broader initiative to recruit skilled and competent personnel, aimed at strengthening revenue systems and enhancing public financial services. It reflects ongoing efforts to build staff capacity and improve financial governance across SSC-Khaatumo.
